Lean modular construction 4.0
The “Lean Modular Construction 4.0” programme has been designed with the objective of training emerging leaders in the construction sector, equipping them with the skills necessary to facilitate the transformation of the industry in the context of the numerous contemporary challenges it is facing. This advanced leadership programme is centred on the human digitalisation and progressive modernisation of construction, with a focus on three key themes:

- Lean construction
- Modular construction (off-site)
- Construction 4.0
The specific objectives of this innovative training programme are as follows:
A novel pedagogical methodology is proposed for the sector and its associated transformations:
The programme’s pedagogy is based on a holistic approach that incorporates a number of key areas, including digitalisation, big data, BIM (Building Information Modeling), robotisation, re-industrialisation, the supply chain, artificial intelligence and collective intelligence methods. In addition, it draws on new learning methods such as CBL and a range of others.
Programme:
- First semester (January – June): theoretical and practical courses.
- Second semester (June – December): practical placement in a company or research laboratory, in France or abroad.

- Decarbonisation and digitalisation (BIM, AI, blockchain, metavers)
- Industrialisation of construction
- Circular design and the circular economy
- Construction logistics (supply chain, transport, business models, AWP Advanced Work Packaging, IPD)
- Strategy, ethics, value, innovation and management
