Language preparation for your mobiliy
In order to facilitate your integration at Centrale Lille and in France more generally, you will find below a (non-exhaustive) summary of the lexical and grammatical points that will be useful to you before your arrival with us.
Before you arrive, you will need to present a certificate showing that you have a minimum level of B1 in French (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – CEFR, which is a classification used to assess the level of proficiency in a foreign language.
However, we recommend that you aim for a B2 level, which will make it easier for you to integrate in France. A DELF B2 will be required to validate the double diploma.
