Centrale Lille
For more than 170 years, Centrale Lille has been training high-level engineers and researchers. The school has four engineering schools, offers 16 masters courses, 7 of which are taught entirely in English, and awards doctorates (from 3 doctoral schools). It also has seven research laboratories.
Centrale Lille’s ambition is to develop the skills and talents of each student and member of staff.
The institution primarily trains engineers through its four in-house schools: Ecole Centrale de Lille for generalist training, ENSCL for training chemical engineers, ITEEM for training engineer-managers-entrepreneurs, and IG2I, for training engineers for intelligent and interconnected systems.
These four schools are designed to enable students to build a professional future in line with their ambitions. Centrale Lille’s vocation is to meet the needs of companies by training future engineers who are capable of working in a wide variety of environments and by contributing to their economic development.
Centrale Lille plays an important role in innovation and research through its Masters and PhD programmes. Its seven research laboratories carry out innovative projects, adding to scientific knowledge and contributing to business innovation.
Its varied and demanding courses, its ambition and its strong involvement in innovation and research make Centrale Lille a major player in higher education and research.
